Learned counsel for the applicant submits that an application (MA 1142/18) has been filed for impleadment of additional applicant No.4. He further submits that the grievances of applicants 2 & 3 have already been met and in respect of applicant No.1, part payment of pensionary benefits is pending.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that reply will be filed with regard to the remaining applicant(s). With regard to the newly impleaded applicant, notice be issued to the respondents.

MA 1142/18 is allowed. Amendment/impleadment be carried out.
