On the last posting date it was submitted that grievance of the applicants 2 & 3 has already been settled and only with 1st applicant it remains.  Now Smt. Mini submits that she received instruction by which pension arrears in respect of legal heir has been calculated and is ready for disbursement.  Further Sri.Martin on behalf of the applicant states that there is difference in figures. The Grade Pay of the deceased 1st applicant had been on Rs.2800 where as the calculation seems to indicate Rs.2400 Grade Pay.  Learned counsel for the respondents is instructed to ascertain the current position and if found necessary to amend the calculation.  Post after two weeks.  Issue copy of this order both parties.
