Heard Ms. Rachna Kumari, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. A.Surender Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondents.

The learned counsel for the respondents requested for four weeks time to file counter.  It was generally observed that Railways/Defence Departments are delaying submission of reply statements.  Learned counsel is required to keep the respective organisations informed as it is necessary to file replies in time in the interest of justice.  However, as requested by the learned standing counsel for the respondents, three weeks time is granted.  This will be final adjournment.  Otherwise, the respondents will forfeit their right to file reply.  List the OA on 26.10.2018 for final hearing.
