Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant's son is pursuing his studies in Class X at Shishu Niketan School, Sector 22, Chandigarh and the order dated 23.07.2021 issued by the respondents, vide which the applicant has been transferred from Chandigarh to Manali, is contrary to the transfer policy prevalent in the respondent organization.

Learned counsel further submitted that aggrieved by the order of his transfer, the applicant  submitted a representation dated 27.07.2021 which has been declined by way of a cryptic and non-speaking order dated 05.08.2021.

Learned counsel still further submitted that the applicant has not yet been relieved from his present place of posting.

Issue notices to respondents to show cause as to why the Original Application be not admitted for hearing.

Sh. Sanjay Goyal, learned Sr. Central Government Standing Counsel accepts notices on behalf of the respondents.

Status quo with regard to applicant's posting as it exists on today, shall be maintained till the next date of hearing.
