Heard.

Learned counsel for the applicant contends, inter-alia, that the impugned order dated 13.08.2020 (Annexure A-12) whereby the respondents have withdrawn his order of absorption while pointing out that he is BSNL appointee and not DoT illegally and arbitrarily.  He argues that the applicant initially joined the department of erstwhile DoT in the year 1989 as a part time casual labourer Safaiwala and vide order dated 24.10.2002 his services have been regularized w.e.f 01.10.2000, therefore, he cannot be said to be recruited by the BSNL and his status cannot be changed after his retirement.

Issue notice to the respondents.
