DAILY ORDER | |||||||||||
Heard Sri P. Sudheer Rao representing Sri K. Udaya Sri, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. ADMIT. Smt. K. Rajitha, learned Senior Standing Counsel took notice for the respondents and advanced her arguments. 3. The applicant has cleared Tier-I & Tier-II examinations in Combined (Graduate Level) Examination 2018 conducted by the respondents. However, when it came to the Skill Test, he was not permitted on the ground that he has adopted unfair means. Unfair means was indicated to be that of revealing the identity. The applicant prayed for interim relief of allowing him to appear in the Skill Test scheduled to be held on 18.12.2020. However, learned counsel for the respondents opposed the interim prayer stating that no other candidate has been given such a relief and if the same is extended, the entire examination would be vitiated. 4. After hearing the learned counsel on either side, we direct the respondents to file reply within four weeks. If the applicant succeeds in the O.A., the respondents will be directed appropriately in the matter so that the relief sought can be considered accordingly. 5. We grant four weeks time to the respondents to file reply. List on 3.2.2021 before Registrar's Court for completion of pleadings.
