      Heard Dr A Raghu Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs K.Rajitha, learned Senior Central Government Standings Counsel for Respondents.

2.      Issue notice before admission.

3.    It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant that the representation submitted by the applicant stating that Physically Handicapped persons shall be exempted from the rotational transfers based on the policy of the Respondents Department and the same has not been considered on merits but was rejected mechanically.  Therefore, there shall be stay of the transfer order No. S/1265/6/RT/2017-18/DGQA/ARM-1, dated 14.07.2017 for a period of four weeks.

4.    Post the matter on 13.10.2017.
