Heard Sri K. Sudhaker Reddy, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri M. Brahma Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents.  

2.  In this Original Application, the applicant was allowed to be retired as per judicial order passed by this Tribunal, which was upheld by the Hon'ble High Court and given liberty to the respondents to hold inquiry within two months accordingly.  As per the learned counsel for the applicant, no inquiry has been initiated within the time frame fixed by the Hon'ble High Court.  Thus, the applicant is entitled for at least 50% of the retiral benefits.  

3.   Sri M. Brahma Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents seeks some time to get written instructions from the respondents.  

4.  After hearing both sides, I hereby grant two weeks time to the respondents.  Learned counsel for the Respondents shall come prepared on the next date of hearing as already more than one year has lapsed.  Even if no instructions are filed on the next date of hearing, this Tribunal will proceed to consider the interim prayer of the applicant.

5.   List the matter on 18.01.2021.
