Learned counsel for Applicant submits that notice sent to Respondent No.4 by post has returned back without service with a note that "No such addressee".  Therefore, he submits that substitute notice may be served on Respondent No.4 through paper publication in a local newspaper paper which will be circulated in the area in which Respondent No.4 ordinarily resides.  Accordingly, the prayer is allowed.  The applicant to take steps accordingly in this regard.
