MA No. 060/1515/2021 has been filed by the applicants seeking leave of this Tribunal to join together and to maintain a joint Original Application before this Tribunal.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

Issue notices to respondents to show cause as to why the Original Application be not admitted for hearing.

Sh. K.K Thakur, Advocate, accepts notices on behalf of the respondents No. 1 to 5. 

So far as respondents No. 6 to 74 are concerned, in addition to ordinary process of service, a direction is issued to Medical Superintendent, ESIC, Model Hospital, Ludhiana to circulate the notices issued by this Tribunal amongst those respondents and file an affidavit in this regard in the Registry a day prior to the next date of hearing.
