MA No. 060/1474/2021 has been filed by the applicants seeking leave of this Tribunal to join together and to maintain a joint Original Application before this Tribunal.

Prayer made in the said MA is allowed for the reasons stated therein.

Original Application

Sh. K.B. Sharma, learned counsel for the applicants submitted that in an identical case i.e. OA No. 675/2020, this Tribunal has already issued notices to respondents and recovery has also been stayed therein.

Issue notices to respondents to show cause as to why the Original Application be not admitted for hearing.

Sh. Sanjay Goyal, learned Sr. Central Government Standing Counsel accepts notices on behalf of the respondents.

List on 18.09.2021.

Recovery, if any, pursuant to impugned orders shall remain stayed until further orders.

Registry is directed to supply  a complete set of Original Application to Sh. Goyal during the course of the day.
