Learned counsel, inter-alia, contended that the controversy involved in the instant OA is identical to the one raised and decided on 17.08.2010 in OA No.93-CH-2009 titled as Dr. Anjali Gupta & others versus Administrtor, Union Territory & others, (Annexure A-4) by this Tribunal.
