The applicant has already sought two adjournments for filing rejoinder. However, he has not done so since December, 2016.
As a last opportunity, applicant is granted further time to file rejoinder by the next date of hearing, failing which any further adjournments will be subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- per each occasion to be payable to the State Legal Services Authority.
