Mr. CSG Nair, on behalf of the applicant, submits that the issue has been remaining inconclusive for the last several sittings. A counsel statement has been filed by respondents 1 to 4, which we feel, is inadequate and insufficient. None represents the disbursing bank today as well as as during the previous sittings.

Issue notice to respondents 4 & 5.

A comprehensive reply statment shall be filed by R1 to 4 as the counsel statement is found to be inadequate.
