Admit.  Shri.S.R.K.Prathap takes notice for Respondent Nos.1-4. Issue notices to Respondent Nos.5-6. Respondents shall file their reply statement within four weeks.  Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List before RC for completion of pleadings on 9.10.2017.

There will be an interim stay of further recovery of the amount from the applicant's pension.  The official respondents shall ensure that the pension disbursing bank does not effect further recovery in the light of this order.
