It appears that the reply statement of respondent Nos.1 to 4 has not been filed for long time. The applicant is a senior citizen so we have taken up the matter today. 

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submitted that he had sent several letters and e-mails to the 1st respondent but he has not responded.

On the persuasion of the learned counsel for the respondents, we give one more opportunity as last and final chance for filing reply statement till 12.07.2018. If it is not filed by that date, there will be an order for the Zonal Accounts Officer (Respondent No. 1)  to be personally present along with the file to explain the cause involved in this case.
