2. Admit. Sri D. Radha Krishna, learned Senior Panel Counsel takes notice for the respondents and sought time for filing reply.

3.  Ld. Counsel for the applicant prayed for an interim order of directing the respondents to post the applicant in the post of Inspector for having passed the relevant exam. The facts of the case indicate that there are some inadequacies noticed in the exam held and hence a reply is necessary to know as to why the respondents could not issue orders of appointment in Inspector cadre. The difficulty faced by the applicant is applicable to all others who appeared in the exam and cleared it. Unless the reply is filed in matters of selection/ promotion with required details, the matter cannot be properly adjudicated. Any interim order at this stage will lead to unnecessary legal issues at the All India Level. Moreover, interim relief sought by the applicant is as good as the main relief. Hence, for reasons cited, interim order sought is declined. 

4. Four weeks time granted for filing reply.

5. List the case on 24.11.2020 before Registrar’s Court for completion of pleadings.
