Heard Mrs.Rachana Kumari, learned counsel representing Mrs.S.Anuradha, learned counsel for the applicant. Mr.A.Radhakrishna, learned Standing Counsel for BSNL  takes notice for the Respondents.  

It is submitted that the applicant is a retired Telecom Mechanic and the Respondents vide impugned order dated 06.04.2016  recovering certain payments stating that certain amounts have been over paid to the official.  It is further submitted that the Respondents have not issued any notice to the applicant before affecting the recoveries and not given any details about the alleged excess payments.  

There shall be stay of further recovery until further orders.  Post on 18.09.2017
