M.A. No.60/709/2021 has been filed by the counsel for respondents No.2 and 4 to 7 for placing on record their written statement.

The M.A. is allowed and written statement of respondents No.2 and 4 to 7 is taken on record.

As regards respondent No.3 Director (Estt-Punjab) Department of Telecom, BSNL, as he is reporting to Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and as such Sh. B.B. Sharma who is counsel for respondent No.1 will be representing respondent No.3 as well.

Sh. B.B. Sharma, seeks and is granted four weeks time for filing written statement on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3.
