Heard.

Learned counsel for the applicant contends, inter-alia, that the impugned order dated 15.07.2020 whereby Presidential order dated 21.12.2001 has been cancelled, is illegal and arbitrary.  He submits that in identical matter (O.A. NO. 060/513/2020 titled Baljinder Singh Vs. BSNL), this Court, after noticing the contention of learned counsel for the applicant, issued notice for 09.10.2020 and granted interim interim relief.  He prays that similar order be passed in this case.
