We have heard Mr. T.C. Govindaswamy for the applicants and Mr. S. Radhakrishnan, learned Standing Counsel for the Railway. It was submitted by Mr. S. Radhakrishnan that the order dated 06.03.2018 of this Tribunal on the interim relief sought was taken up before the Hon'ble High Court in OP (CAT) Nos. 50/2018 and 51/2018 and that while dismissing the OP(CAT), the High Court has directed this Tribunal to dispose the O.A within one month and also to retain the petitioners in the OP (CAT) to remain in the respective stations. Mr. Radhakrishnan submitted that no copy of the order of the High Court could be obtained so far. Nothing has been communicated to this Tribunal either. Today, the Tribunal being its last working day prior to summer vacation, post the matter immediately after vacation on 11.05.2018. Mr. T.C. Govindaswamy prays for permitting the applicants to file rejoinder during the vacation. Registry to receive rejoinder, if so filed. In view of the directions of the High court, let this O.A be de-linked from O.A No. 180/586/2017. |
