Learned counsel, inter-alia, contended that the applicant was duly selected and remained as Assistant Professor and Associate Professor at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi before joining the Government Medical College & Hospital, Sector 32, Chandigarh. He was duly selected as Professor of Psychiatry on deputation, on the recommendation of Selection Committee by the Administrator, UT, Chandigarh. The argument, is that, the respondents have illegally prepared the impugned seniority list dated 12.05.2017 (Annexure A-1) illegally excluding the period of deputation of the applicant without any cogent reason. Heard. Issue notice to the respondents returnable within a period of four weeks. At this stage, Mr. Ram Lal Gupta, Advocate on behalf of respondent no.1, Mr. Arvind Moudgil, Advocate on behalf of respondents no.2 & 3 and Mr. B.B. Sharma, Advocate on behalf of respondent no.4, appear and accept notice on their behalf. Let notices be issued to remaining respondents no.5 & 6 for the next date of hearing. Let the file be placed before the learned Registrar on 01.08.2017, for completion of pleadings by the parties and services of respondents no.5 & 6.
