After hearing arguments for the learned counsel for the respondents, it appears to this Tribunal that records relating to the issuance of Annexure A-9 order especially pertaining to the specific instances of lapses on the part of the applicant, is necessary for perusal. Therefore, respondents are directed to produce the records relating to the instances of lapses to the applicant mentioned in Annexure A-9. Post on 20.09.2016 as part heard.
