We have joined this Division Bench online through Video Conferencing.

Sh. Sanjay Goyal, appears on behalf of respondents No.1 and 2  and states that they are proforma respondents and will not like to file a separate reply.

None has appeared on behalf of respondents No.3 to 7 today.

It is observed that they have been given a number of opportunities but have still not filed written statement as per records in the case file.  They are directed to file written statement within a period of four weeks now failing which we may have to consider personal appearance of authority responsible for filing the written statement.

There is no response from respondent No.8.

Issue fresh notice to respondent No.8 for 07.07.2021.
