DAILY ORDER

  1. I have considered prayer of the applicant for interim prayer.
  2. Today, Sh. K. K. Thakur, Advocate, produced copy of four letters out of which, one is dated 08.5.2017, whereby the respondents have considered representation of the applicant against cancellation of her training order on the ground that she falls short of 31 days residency period for fulfilling eligibility criteria for appearing in JTO LICE examination for the year 2013-14.. It has also been informed by Sh. K. K. Thakur that no leave of any kind is due to the applicant to consider her case by granting leave of that kind to make her eligible for fulfilling condition of residency period, by taking sympathetic view in her favour.
  3. Considering above, the prayer of the applicant for interim relief qua deputing her on training is rejected
