Ms R R Patel, learned counsel for respondents.

      Heard.  Before commencement of further arguments, a query was put to learned counsel for respondents, "whether the applicant  was liable to pay the amount under Rules and as to as to how the respondents are legally entitled to receive the amount,  whether any order showing the amount due had been passed and was communicated to the applicant and how the respondents are entitled to this amount or can withhold the same?" Counsel for respondent was requested to answer the query and to show the Rule/Circular having bearing on the issue.

      Counsel for applicant is also directed to exercise and inform about rule position before the query is decided and simultaneously to appraise about the imputation for which applicant is facing trial.

      Matter is adjourned to 03.12.2019.
