      Learned counsel Ms Vilas Purani mentioned  item no.12 of  list of "MATTERS ARE DELISTED DUE TO NON-AVAILABILITY OF BENCH TO THE DATES GIVEN BY COURT OFFICER," and submits that subject wise the matter pertains to Single Bench but for reasons best know to Registry, it has been included in the list under above said notification.  She requested to pass appropriate orders.
