Present :   Ms. V.A.Purani counsel for applicant

                None for respondents. 

     Applicant is a retired person falling within the ambit of Senior Citizen and matter relates to effecting recovery from retiral dues of the applicant. Counsel for applicant was heard. During argument it transpired that in relating to Criminal case, Hon'ble High Court have granted bail and while granting bail, it was also directed to recover Rs.13,500/-. Order of Hon'ble High Court is not on the file.

       Learned counsel for applicant seeks time to place the same on file. Hence, matter is adjourned to 30.11.2018.  It is hoped that on said date, respondent counsel would also be available to adduce stand of the respondents on merit.
