Issue notices to respondents to show cause as to why the Original Application be not admitted for hearing.

Sh. Sanjay Goyal, learned Sr. CGSC accepts notices on behalf of respondents No. 1, 2 and 3.  He prays for and is allowed six weeks' time to file reply to Original Application.

So far as respondent No. 4 is concerned, Registry is directed to issue notices by ordinary process.
