Mr.Mahesh V. Menon, learned counsel for the applicant present. Ms.Thanuja Advocate representing Mr. N. Anilkumar, learned Sr.PCGC(R) submitted that in spite of contacting the respondents, no instructions have been received from the respondents so far. On going through the records produced by the applicants, we take note that the applicant had spent nearly 17 years in Kochi where his wife is working. Therefore, we are not inclined to grant the Interim Order sought in this O.A. List the matter for filing reply statement. Registry to issue notice to R.3. Post on 14.08.2017.
