Learned counsel contends, inter-alia, that though the applicant has been declared successful in result dated 07.07.2020, but she has not been offered appointment on the plea that she has not submitted her MD and M.Sc degree on or before 30.06.2020, which is arbitrary and irrational. He argues that though the applicant completed her MD programme in the month of June, 2020 but the degree has been awarded only on 20.07.2020 by the concerned University, therefore, she could not obtain degree on or before 30.06.2020 as stipulated by the respondents.  He alleges discrimination as two other candidates namely Dr. Manika and Dr. Saraswati Kushwah, who completed their MD Programme from Panjab University of which result was declared on 14.07.2020, have been offered appointment.
