1.  MA No.060/642/2021 has been filed by the applicant with a prayer that the case may be heard finally at an early date.

2.  The prayer made in the M A is not opposed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

3.  Accordingly the MA is allowed. The case is taken up for hearing today itself.

4. MA No.060/760/2020, M.A.No.060/766/2020 & M.A.No.060/949/2020 have been filed by the applicant for placing on record additional documents marked as Annexures A-12, A-13 and A-14 (colly) respectively. These M.As are allowed and the documents annexed therewith are taken on record. 

5.  MA No.060/495/2021 has been filed by the applicant seeking recalling of order dated 16.02.2021 whereby the Dean (A) of the PGI was directed to remain present in court through video conference.

6.   Learned counsel for the respondents chose not to file any reply to this MA. Pleadings in the main case are already complete. Mr. Mahinder Singh, Administrative Officer is also present on video conference to assist the Bench.

7.    In view of the above and for the reasons stated therein, the MA is allowed. The order dated 16.02.2021 is hereby recalled.

8.    M.A.no.060/775/2020 and MA No.060/248/2021 have been filed by the applicant seeking a direction to the respondent for preserving one seat for the applicant till the pendency of the O.A.

9.   Since the main case itself is being heard today, these MAs have been rendered infructuous and are disposed of accordingly.
