     Heard Ms. S.S.Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the applicant for some time.

    Counsel for the applicant submits that separate MA bearing No.10/2021 has been filed for amendment of the OA wherein applicant wants to challenge the virus of RBE No.52/2018 dated 22.05.2018 whereby the Railway Board had issued Advanced Correction Slip No.244 regarding addition in the Appendix-III of IREM, Volume-I declaring that there is no provision of re-evaluation/ re-assessment in Appendix-III Examination. Rechecks of totals of marks and arithmetic mistake are permissible only. 

       After arguing for some time, counsel for the applicant request for short time to take appropriate instructions from the applicant. In the interest of justice, list this matter on 28.01.2021. 

       Registry is directed to list MA No.10/2021 for amendment along with OA on the next date of hearing.
