Through Video Conferencing : Heard Dr. A. Raghu Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri T. Sanjay Reddy representing Sri T. Hanumantha Reddy, appearing for the official respondents. 2. When the case was taken up for hearing today, it was informed that notices were not served on the private respondents. 3. In view of the above, Registry is directed to send notices to the General Manager (Finance), Postal Accounts, AP Circle, Vijayawada, 6th respondent / The Director of Accounts (Postal), Telangana Circle, Hyderabad, 7th respondent, through e-mail as well as ‘Registered Post with Acknowledge Due’, who in turn shall ensure service of the notices on the private respondents within two days from the date of receipt, keeping in view the urgency expressed by themselves in the MA filed in the other connected OA for vacating the interim order and report compliance and file proof of service in the Registry of the Tribunal. In view of the prevailing Covid pandemic, we are ordering notice through e-mail, in addition to the normal mode of service, to ensure expeditious service of notices on the private respondents. 4.
