Heard Shri.CSG Nair, learned counsel for the applicant.  Shri.Sandesh Raja takes notice for the respondents. List this case for hearing on the interim relief on 30.6.2017.  In the meantime, the respondent who has issued the impugned order dated 23.6.2017 shall file an affidavit stating as to whether he is the competent authority to decide on the representation submitted by the applicant and whether he could issue the order of temporary diversion of the applicants to Kolkatta.
