Learned counsel for the respondents seeks further time of two weeks for filing reply statement.  It is noted that on the last posting date the same counsel has sought one week's time which has been given.  But till now no reply statement has been filed.  It is therefore made clear that in case reply is not filed by the next posting date, exemplary cost will be imposed.  List this case on 10.1.2018.
