      MA No. 422/2017 has been preferred by the learned Advocate for the applicant for condontion of delay in preferring the OA. 

      For the reasons stated in the MA and upon hearing the learned Advocate for the applicant, I am satisfied that the delay of two months and fifteen days in not preferred OA within time limit is required to be condoned. Therefore, MA No.422/2017 is allowed and delay is condoned.
