Shri Mahendra K. Patel, learned counsel for the respondent No.4 submits that he has already served a copy of the reply of respondent No.4 to the learned counsel for the applicant and that he is filing the same in the Registry during the course of the day. 

        Shri M.B. Navani, learned counsel for the applicant seeks some time to file rejoinder to the reply of the respondent No.4.

        Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3, Ms. Prachi Upadhyay has sent a leave note. Hence, with a view to give her an opportunity, the matter is adjourned for reply of the respondent Nos.1 to 3.
