      Learned counsel for respondents has sent a leave note. Order dated 07.8.2018 reflects that Ms. Prachi Upadhyay appeared for respondent Nos.1 & 2 and Ms.R.R.Patel appeared for respondent No.3. However, it is clarified by Ms. R.R.Patel that she is appearing for respondent No.4 and Ms. Prachi Upadhyay is appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3. She also submits that  respondent No.4 does not wish to file separate reply and she would opt reply which is to be filed by respondent Nos.1 to 3.
