   Learned counsel, Shri K.A.Dave urged that surrejoinder has been filed by the respondents but it is in Part-'C' file.  He explained that applicant in rejoinder have pleaded that person who did file reply was not competent so it was necessary to explain the circumstance and that is why surrejoinder was filed but before filing surrejoinder, no permission was taken and therefore, surrejoinder has been kept in Part-'C' file. He requests to grant permission and to take surrejoinder on record. 

      Considered the submissions.  Though it is not good practice to file surrejoinder first and to obtain permission thereafter, but any how, on assurance of learned counsel that it would not be repeated in future, permission is granted. Surrejoinder is taken on record.

     It is informed that pleadings are complete. As counsel for the applicant is not present, so matter is adjourned for admission hearing. Needless to say, Shri M.S.Trivedi learned counsel for applicant  has sent a sick note.
