Present : Shri M.S.Trivedi counsel for applicant. 

              None for respondents. 

     Learned counsel for applicant submits that pleadings are complete and matter may be admitted and fixed for final hearing.  Proceeding Orders of Registrar's Court also reveals that pleadings are complete. As counsel for respondents is not present, so I remain deprived to hear him on the point of admission, however, having perused the record and taking note of submissions made, matter is admitted, subject to legal pleas.

      As the subject matter falls within the domain of hearing of Division Bench, list the matter before Division Bench as and when the same is available.
