        Heard Shri P.H.Pathak, counsel for the applicant. 

      Counsel for the applicant submits that applicant herein has also filed complaint of sexual harassment and subsequently, the departmental inquiry was concluded and she was transferred from Village : Dadva B.O. to Lalavadar B.O. and again now, she has been transferred to the same Village : Dadva B.O. vide impugned order date 01.12.2020.  According to the applicant, Village : Dadva B.O. is very controversial place and therefore, she was compelled to file present OA. 

      On perusal of the file, we find that the OA is not registered as the Registry has raised certain office objections and counsel for the applicant, Shri P.H.Pathak has also filed undertaking by giving assurance that majority of office objections will be removed within two days.  He further submits that in the meantime, he will also serve a copy of the OA to the Standing counsel for the Postal Department and request to list this matter on 11.02.2021. 

      Request accepted. Registry is directed to do needful to give regular number to this OA, if majority of office objections are removed as stated by the counsel for the applicant, Shri P.H.Pathak.
