Through Video Conferencing:

Sri N. Chandrasekhar Reddy submits that now he is appearing on behalf of the applicants in this batch of OAs and that he has filed MAs to that extent.  He seeks two weeks time to prepare with the matter.

2.   Smt. K. Rajitha, learned Senior Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that certain developments have taken place in this batch of O.As and requests for two weeks time to submit the same to the Tribunal by way of Additional Reply.  She further submits that some more similar cases are pending with the Tribunal.  She is advised to furnish a list of those cases to the Registry so that the same can be tagged to this batch on the next date of hearing.  

3.     Respondents are granted two weeks time to file Additional Reply.  Learned counsel for the respondents is directed to serve a copy of the Additional Reply on the other side before the next date of hearing so that the matters can be adjudicated without any delay.
