Heard Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. B. Gayatri Varma, learned counsel for the respondents.

2.    Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that an MA has been filed seeking permission to file Additional Reply.

3.   Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wants to file Rejoinder to the reply filed. One week’s time is granted for the purpose. Respondents are liberty to file Additional Reply, if any, within one week thereafter.

4.    Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that altogether there are 11 cases on this issue but only 10 cases are listed today. Registry is directed to list the 11th case also on the next date of hearing, after taking details from the learned counsel for the applicant.

5.   List the matter on 03.03.2021 along with MAs. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted.
