DAILY ORDER

  1. On the commencement of hearing, on objection was raised by Mr. Ram Lal Gupta, Advocate, with regard to the matter being barred by limitation.
  2. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that though there is no delay, yet applicant has explained it in the Original Application. Learned counsel submitted that since the objection raised by the respondents is in terms of Section 21 (3) of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, so applicant will move an application for condonation of delay, in this regard.
  3. As prayed, one week's time is granted in favour of the applicant.
