Ld. Counsel for the applicant present.

Learned standing counsel submits that in pursuance of the directions of this Court, he had taken up matter with the respondent authorities for providing information as directed by this Tribunal on 6.6.2017.  He submits that he is expecting the same very shortly.   Hence he seeks short accommodation.

The  interim relief granted vide docket order dated 6.6.2017 was "there shall be an interim stay on the operation of the impugned order dated 9.5.2017 till such time the information required by the Court is received".  Accordingly, the matter was adjourned to 7.6.2017.  Thereafter the matter was listed on 16.6.2017 under the caption for being mentioned.  On 16.6.2017, at the request of applicant's counsel it was adjourned to 21.6.2017. The interim order granted on 6.6.2017  was also extended accordingly.  

Respondents are granted one more opportunity to furnish the requisite information by the next date of hearing.

The interim order dated 6.6.2017 shall continue to be in force  till the next date of hearing, as the Respondents have failed to submit the information that they had to submit vide this Court's direction dated 6.6.2017. 

With the consent of both sides,  the matter  is adjourned to  27.6.2017.
