It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that taking advantage of the fact that the Interim Order which is in favour of the applicant is not extended at a particular date, the Respondents transferred the applicant from Hyderabad to Leh. 

2.     Mr.A.Radhakrishna, learned Standing Counsel for the Respondents strongly opposed for extension of interim order.  In any event, the impugned transfer order shall not be given effect to for a period of one week.
