2.   Mr. Syed Azamathulla, learned counsel for the applicant sought for an interim order to permit the applicant to continue in Cuddapah Sub Circle.

3.   Mr. Bhim Singh, learned counsel representing Mr. M. Brahma Reddy, learned Senior Panel Counsel for Respondents submits that the applicant has already been relieved on 06.01.2021 and another employee has taken charge of that post.

4.   In view of the above submission made on behalf of the respondents, the respondents shall ensure that the reply is filed within two weeks so that the matter can be decided. In the meantime, Respondents may consider granting leave to the applicant as per his request.
