Heard Sri Syed Azamathulla, learned counsel for the applicant.

2.   Sri M. Brahma Reddy, learned Senior Panel Counsel took notice on behalf of the respondents and advanced his arguments.

3.   The applicant has been transferred from Amaravati Circle to Hampi Circle in the midst of the academic year.  It is contended by the applicant that he has already been subjected to several transfers.  His last transfer was to Amaravathi Circle in May, 2019.  He worked for 1 1/2 years only in the present place of posting. Now, he has been transferred to Hampi Circle vide impugned order dated 05.01.2021.  The applicant submits that his mother has undergone heart surgery and is bed ridden and he himself is suffering from neurological problems. He made a representation dated 14.01.2021.  He requests that he may be accommodated in the present place of posting.

4.    Sri M. Brahma Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents submits the applicant has already been relieved.  He further submits that that the representation of the applicant must have been disposed of by now.  He requests for one week's time to seek instructions from the department.

5.    Be that as it may,  status quo as on date shall be maintained till the next date of hearing.  Learned counsel for the respondents may obtain instructions by the next date of hearing.

6.   List the matter on 28.01.2021.
