Heard Mr. KRKV Prasad, leaned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. L. Pranathi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents, who takes notice and seeks two weeks time to file reply.

2.   The applicant who is working as Senior Scientific Officer in the Respondents organisation has been recently transferred from Vizag to Mumbai. Counsel for the applicant also submits that, as per the latest instructions of Govt., of India, nobody should be transferred during the Covid-19 pandemic situation.  Besides that, it is also submitted that the applicant is also President of the office bearers of the Association and on this ground also the applicant cannot be transferred.

3.   However, Mrs L Pranathi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondents would like to revert back with the instructions.  Till the learned Standing Counsel for Respondents reverts with instructions, the applicant shall not be relieved from the present place of posting.

4.   Post the case on 21.08.2020 for reply statement / instructions.
